"Come, come whoever you are….wanderer, worshiper, lover of leaving (It doesn't matter). Ours is not a caravan of despair. Come, even if you have broken your vows a thousand times. Come, yet again. Come”
-Julal ad-Din Rumi
psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a creative and collaborative endeavor. It is an invitation for you to address your desires and longings, creative impulses, disappointments, sorrows, losses, fears, and dreams—and to meet them with imagination. It offers to you an opportunity to engage your history as it emerges to become more fully your own story. It beckons you to live into the design of your emerging future.
Depth psychotherapy is an alchemical process where memory, story, imagination, symptom, suffering and possibility meet for the sake of a more vital and meaningful life. By way of self-exploration and right relationship, psychotherapy offers a pathway home to self, family, community and the world. It is the work of bringing body and soul, mind and emotion to the deeply human task of making a life we can love.
I serve as witness, guide and evocateur to INDIVIDUALS exploring their emotional, relational and spiritual development, undergoing major life transitions, or suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, illness, loss, or grief. My work with COUPLES AND FAMILIES encourages a deepening of intimacy, communication, humor and playfulness.
In my psychotherapy practice, I incorporates various perspectives and modalities including Jungian and Archetypal Psychology, Dream Tending, Couple and Family Systems, Mindfulness, Gestalt and Narrative approaches. Where fitting, I includes, art, literature and movement.
